Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronic, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
